The unit has worked flawlessly for 3 weeks or so. For no apparent reason, it has started shutting off. It doesn't power on by remote. Pulling the power plug at the adapter end and plugging back in does not power it up. However, pulling the power cable from the Roku itself (the other end of the cable) DOES power the unit up. It does this every time. I am using the cable and power adapter that were included with the unit.
NOTE: I am not sure why you provide support in this manner and yet not one of the "locations" applies to a unit having serious basic function issues after successful setup. My last Roku died due to obvious overheating issues. So I know the units do fail in catastrophic ways.
