I got a Roku device on 20th October, 2024 at Walmart Sage Hill, Calgary. The remote control suddenly stopped working. So I took my query to the place of purchase. I was told that the manufacturers warranty for one year can be assessed if I reach out to you directly. It is unfortunate that I have not been able to see any number that I can use to get through to you.
