Roku Check out not working with PayPal?

Tried to buy a Roku with PayPal and after log in to PayPal it goes back to start of check out process again and again. The circle back routine.

I went through this myself and gave up.  I added a payment method to my Roku account to make the purchase.  I'd remove it, but it expires soon anyway.  Unfortunately, non-functional websites are par for the course for Roku.
