Bought Roku Ultra two weeks ago and it's still in the box unopened. After researching closer I find FOX channels not available I want to return the Roku and get my money back How can I make that happen without all the frustration I've experienced to date?

Nothing loads from the Roku support page. Apparently my older TV is not compatible with the new Express 4K+ device. I purchased it because I got an email from Roku saying that I would not be able to use all features with my current unit. My current unit works just fine and what I would like to do is return the new unit that is not compatible.
