I purchased a stream bar on 4/12/24 by mistake. Have been trying to cancel shipping 4/13/24. told impossible. Told I could return it once I received it.
I have checked daily on my details page for the return "button" to fill out form. it has never appeared. Have sent messages to support and have received answers that support has received my messages and will forward them and to expect an answer in 24 hours. Never happened. Have continued to respond to claim.
I expect Roku is trying to wait out the 30 days and then tell me I can't return the streambar.
I will NEVER deal online with them for a purchase again.
Is there anyone out there with any tips on how to get to the return form? I just keep circling around getting same screens.
Should have listened to the chat agent who said just refuse delivery at the PO and eventually I'd get a refund. Oh, well.
Any advice or phone # to a real person is very welcome, and thank you!
