I have two TVs where I’m using my exwifes Hulu channel. I’m tired of commercials so bought an ad free subscription. How do I change account info on the channel? Removing the channel then adding the channel doesn’t reset the channel; I’m still in my ex’s channel.

When you remove a channel and add the channel again you must restart your Roku device after removing it and before adding it, so if you didn't do that try it again.  You can restart your Roku from Settings->System->Power->System restart (assuming it's an actual Roku TV or Settings->System->System restart if it's a box or stick) or you can just unplug the power for several seconds and plug it back in.
