I have been trying for days to reset my password for my other account, but I have not seen it come through. I’ve searched my entire email, all folders. Not in spam, junk, or regular folder. Not sure how to get support with this since I can’t log into my account….
For account & billing concerns, it may be more effective to get help from our Billing team. If you have another Roku account that you can access, contact them here: support.roku.com/contactus then choose 'Questions about my account or billing' on the drop-down menu. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
