Replacement roku has not been received

Hi, I sent in my roku for replacement as the sound was not working on any of the streaming services. I have not heard back, and the email sent to me regarding the RMA number has not been answered in a week. How do I get ahold of someone that can help me with the replacement status? Verified my roku was received to your San Jose warehouse on 12/29.
