But I keep getting charged for there services. Please please please help me . I don’t know what else to do anymore
Thanks for the inquiry.
We would recommend contesting the charges with your credit card provider as the charges were not authorized.
For further assistance with your credit card, please reach out to our support team directly here for your 'Account or billing' issue, here: https://support.roku.com/contactus. They will be able further assist you.

I've tried that but everyone I talk to seems to stupid to comprehend that. They always ask for my account multiple times even though I have told them that its not on my account. They will also ask if I know the other person's email, I'll tell them no I dont. I keep getting charges that I don't know what they are for. Recently Ive had them say give me the first 6 and last 4 of the card and then try to say they can't seem to find it. Hard not to find when someone is getting billed $107.21 and $12.81 multiple times. I get the $107.21 sometimes 3 a week good thing I don't have any money on it or I'd be broke all the time. I tried asking the bank to block anymore charges but they can't block merchants. Stuck in a whole I am.
We need more information. Are you saying that someone you know has your credit card information on their Roku account? Or are you saying that a charge for Roku is appearing on your credit or debit card, but you don't know who is making the charge? If you have a Roku account have you gone to my.roku.com/account and checked your subscriptions and purchases?
You don’t understand it either hdmiguy. If you sign up for a service (Paramount, Netflix, Fubo etc) on someone else’s Roku, then Roku becomes the billing entity. For some reason you won’t be billed by the service you signed up for, you’ll be billed by Roku. And of course there’s no warning or acceptance about this. And it saves your CC. Also no warning or acceptance. And you have no way to cancel or remove the CC unless you sign in on the other person’s Roku. So if you’re at someone’s house, AirBnB, etc then leave, you’re SOL unless you can get the Roku device owner to cancel for you.
Just had the same problem all you have to do is call Roku and tell them the card is not associated with the account and you have no way to access the account. They can then remove the card off the account
