As indicated in a previous post login to your Roku account and check your subscriptions. If it is not listed the charge is not from Roku and they cannot help you. If the charge is there cancel the subscription and put a pin in your account to make purchases. I doubt you are going to get your money back for the month that has been charged. Almost every subscription is nonrefundable.
