Refund

yes my son who is 11 years old charged $100 to my card it was actually $99.99 and then another charge for $4.99 he didn't know what he was doing and all I have been asking is for a refund I emailed I've tried to call Roku I even emailed play works and they told me I had to get a hold of ruku and yeah I have not got a response
