Hello, I thought my free trial for 7 days was not billed under the 8th day but to my surprise it was billed the same day. I cancelled the subscription within a few minutes because my game was blacked out and would not open for the one day it was broadcast on MLB on October 10. I also checked the app for information to cancel but cancelled on the Roku website. It shows on my purchase history as cancelled. Can Roku credit my account especially due to the 7 day free trial? Thank you.
You'll have to try https://support.roku.com/contactus , but be aware that if you ever tried the free trial at any time in the past you will be immediately subscribed if you try to take advantage of it again.
