I just paid $59.99 last month for the upcoming year, but I recently found out that ESPN Plus no longer has the soccer league that I watch. I will cancel my ESPN Plus subscription because of this, but I was wondering if there is a possibility of getting a refund since my payment was recent and I will not be using this service for the upcoming year.
Thank you.
Every streaming subscription with which I am familiar, either through a third party like Roku or directly with the channel, is nonrefundable. You are pre-paying for a specified subscription period and it auto renews when that period runs out. When you cancel the subscription it prevents the auto-renewal but the subscription stays in force and you can continue to use it until the balance of the pre-paid period expires. These conditions are available on screen and must be accepted when subscribing (you know, all that stuff none of us bother to read at the time).
Hi @rosalia1
Thanks for the post.
For account & billing concerns, it may be more effective to get help from our Billing team. You can contact them here: support.roku.com/contactus then choose 'Questions about my account or billing' on the drop-down menu. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
All the best,
Kariza
