Refund for Charge During Free Trial

I signed up for the MLB TV 7- day, NO RISK, FREE trial on 10/2 and cancelled the subscription within 15 minutes but my bank account was STILL charged $29.23 for the yearly subscription.  I can’t find any contact information for Roku Support to resolve this issue. I’ve tried the “contact us” links provided on other community questions but no Roku support email or contact number is to be found. I reviewed the invoice for this charge and it clearly states this was a 7-day free trial. Since I clearly cancelled my free trial well within the 7-day window, I want the charge for the yearly subscription refunded to my bank account. I’ve already contacted MLB TV who stated the refund must be resolved through Roku.

I have the same problem and using this link doesn't work! I need a direct way to get my refund ! This seems like a Bait & Switch Technique!

I have the same problem and can't get any help thru the drop down menu.  I did NOT order a years subscription to Paramount Plus and need the $99.99 charge credited back to my account!
