I received my new Roku remote today, but it was not in the box shown on the site (it was in a small padded envelope) and it did not include the power adapter, Roku stick, power extender cable, USB power cable, batteries, or quick-start guide. Just the remote control. As far as I can tell, I can't install this Roku remote because I have none of the accessories that are required. Please let me know if I should return the product or await your sending me all the missing items. Thank you.

If you purchased a Roku remote, it sounds like that's what you got -- a remote. Those other items are not "accessories" for a remote, they are everything that comes with a complete Roku device.
This is like purchasing a replacement gas cap and expecting it to come with a complete car.

In that case, I think your shipment got mixed up with someone else's as I'm pretty sure no one ships a Roku, one component at a time! Definitely contact them.
I did contact customer support, and they will send the other items "soon." 🙂 Meanwhile I am so eager to try this out!
