ROW8 charged twice for movie but given error code

Have had Roku for years and have been happy customers.  Today we signed up for ROW8 thru ROKU pay because they had a promotion for $2 off a new release.  Ordered a movie and was given an error code.  Tried again and given same error code.  Looked at my PayPal statement and saw twp charges to Roku for a movie we did not get.  And please stop directing people to customer support.  It's a circular process and you never get anyone in customer support.  You get taken back to the same screen over and over again and never get to talk or email anyone nor do you have any answers for these types of issues.  Honestly, considering going to Apple after spending this much wasted time and your cmpletet lack of any type of support.
