As far as having to pay to upgrade your TV for us to find any account details, this definitely does not sound like something that should be required. Hi @dKilburg, if you arent by your Roku device and want to check your subscriptions you can always go to my.roku.com and log in to your account from there. This will let you manage and see the subscriptions you currently have on your account. You can also check your purchase history and change your PIN among the different options that you will have on there. It was the Paramount channel plus interactive charge on my account. total $5.53. go into your account and manage subscription to cancel.
CBS interactive is actually the billing name for PARAMONT +
I am being charged 5.40 on the 9th of every month. After doing my research I only have Paramount + showing for 5.40 on the 9th but when it is withdrawn from my account it says CBS interactive. I went to support.roku.com/contactus and I was able to pull up all charges and when they were withdrawn. Keeping my Paramount. Have to be able to watch Yellowstone. At least now I know what I am being charged for.

what is this charge on my credit card i have been charge over 3 months and wondering did someone hack the account what is going on with this situation? the charges always appearing every month on the 9th please check on this i have written to all the streaming services and they told me it is not showing on their service need to know who is charging this amount of 5.21 whatever or whomever is charging this need to stop!!
