ROKU does not respond to emails regarding orders that haven't moved in weeks-

It really sucks that roku support is this terrible - no response to inquires and no phone support. They had no problem taking my money but the 2 items were supposed to be delivered over a week ago and tracking has it not moving from the first day. I am going to post this in any category until Roku responds

I don't understand how there is no notice when purchasing that you don't have phone customer service. The system that is in place is the worst I have experience. Waiting weeks for something that was supposed to be delivered a week ago. Roku customer service doesn't answer email.

After no responses and ROKU having no phone support. Your solution is not helpful.

This is ridiculous,  I really need to speak to someone – USPS lost the ITEM and I have cancelled the order – I need my refund. they emailed me a return label for something I haven't received and was lost by USPS 

 

Roku admitted that USPS lost the items -

At what point do I file a complaint at the courthouse? No one from ROKU is doing anything. Once again - explain to me how this customer service actually works. I was told to remove content before posting.
