To make sure your subscription will not renew, we suggest cancelling it through our website. Here are the instructions you can follow:
- Go to my.roku.com on your computer or smartphone.
- If prompted, sign in to your Roku account. If you have trouble logging in, learn how to recover your login details.
- Scroll down and select Manage your subscriptions.
- Locate the channel under Active Subscriptions and select Cancel subscription.
- Select a cancellation reason to complete the process.
