***UPDATE: I tried again during "business hours" and it went through. Not sure if that had anything to do with it but I got a message that my order has been placed.
Original Message - I just subscribed to Peacock Premium Annual and obtained a coupon code to receive a Free Roku Express 4k+. Upon completing the Roku Claim form with all required fields to obtain the device, the error message below appears.
The coupon code is correct as I copied and pasted as well as entered it manually. I've tried different browsers too. The email states the offer expired the same day I received the email with the coupon code. How can I resolve and receive my free Roku Express 4k?
First, are you an Xfinity Internet customer? If so, you get Peacock Premium for free, so that you do not want the code or anything. Assuming you aren't a myloweslife Xfinity Internet customer, what you must do it move to and sign on there. You must be capable of use the code there. Once your account is installation there, use your credentials to log my pasco connect withinside the Peacock TV app on Roku. Don't attempt to subscribe via Roku.

This is happening to me, too. I have spent many frustrating hours on this. Even contacted Peacock- who directed me to Roku. Can find no way to contact Roku directly. Customer service page confusing and does not seem to address this topic with any of the preselected topics. Attempted to entrr code in the 5 hour window I was given after placing my Peacock Premium order.
Any advice/assistance would be much appreciated!

Thank you Mary. I just spent 2 1/2 hours on the Roku support chat to ultimately be advised to contact Peacock as I was given a faulty coupon code. Beyond frustrating and appears to be fraudulent business practices. I submitted screenshots of purchase, coupon code and error messages. What a waste of time!
