I was trying to get some help with customer service but can't seem to get any follow up. I had a Roku Premier that was overheating and had set up for a replacement to be done. I needed to ask an additional question before shipping it off, but didn't get a response. I waited a couple weeks and then shipped it, but now I haven't received any responses from Roku about my question still and I haven't received any responses about receiving it and tracking shows it was received on July 12. Anyone have any recommendations on how to actually get a person to talk with with customer service? Thanks!
