I've been trying to use e: https://support.roku.com/contactus. about a missing order. But every time I click the button to submit the issue, the tool tells me that there was an error submitting my request and to try again later.
How in the world am I supposed to contact Roku about a problem with their problem reporting system? Iy's a Catch-22. I can find no telephone number or email address. Only the broken customer support web tool and this community bulletin board.
