Cannot setup my pin. The save box stays gray and i need to block my daughter from adding channels.

Thanks for posting here in the Community. 

Could you try using a different browser (i.e. Firefox, Safari, Chrome) to see if that will make a difference? You can also try clearing the cache & cookies of the browser you are using.

I have used it all. Cleared cache and still its blocked.

Yes. I click create pin. I type in 4 numbers and save stays blocked out. Cannot click to save or update.

I'm having this exact same issue. I click "create on" Then put in 4 numbers and it won't let me save.

Im still not able to. I checked email. I even factory reset and unlinked and started fresh. Still no go. Im just going to call when on break set up pin with support. Good luck to ya.
