This has been provided many times.  Please read the previous responses.  However, GO to the support contact us page above,  scroll down to the agent support, check support options,  select Account/payments & subscriptions, Question about a charge (or if you have another issue, check those)..the page may directly offer the option or if it says something about no purchases associated, click on contact us for further support, it offers Chat or Talk to customer support, I believe until 10 PM, Eastern standard time.  Keep in mind that phone support is not provided for all issues though.

@lillianwebb I would not trust anyone posting a number here unless it is a Roku moderator or employee.  Also, if you don't want emails from the forums, click the three dots on the post in the forum and unsubscribe.
