THE SINGLE PHONE NUMBER POSTED ON THE INTERNET FOR ROKU GENERAL COUNSEL IS NOT EVEN IN SERVICE. PROBABLY FROM BEING THE ONLY ROKU PHONE NUMBER ON THE ENTIRE INTERNET.
HOW DO YOU PUT OUT A PRODUCT WITH ISSUES AND NO SUPPORT PERSONNEL?? IF I WANTED TO RESEARCH RANDOM SOLUTIONS TO RIDICULOUS ISSUES, I WOULD JUST STAY ON GOOGLE INSTEAD OF WASTING TIME IN CIRCLES ON ROKU'S HODGEPODGE WEBSITE OF DUSTY BLACK MIRRORS AND SHINY ICONS. WTF??!!!

All of these BS devices are going in the trash. They don't allow VPNs. There's always some new nonsense offer showing up in the Menu despite adjusting the settings, and at every turn there are more ads and offers in your face taking up sanctuary space. This service gets worse at every turn and I'm cutting my loses. Since there's no one who can fix my subscription issue, then no more business and advertising views from me.
