Not true. I went to the support page and selected contact or talk to an agent regarding subscriptions. Then I got a popup that said I don't have any subscriptions. Well then stop charging me for one!!! The MAX website says my subscription is billed through Roku - when I click on manage subscription it brings me to the Roku site. Roku says I have no subscriptions yet my credit card has a monthly Roku charge. What a scam.
The phone number shared above is legit. I'm on hold right now and hope to get this resolved. Roku is making this way too hard to cancel, this level of deceit should be illegal.

If you go to the link provided by the moderator in this post and scroll down on that page where it says agent support (Check support options)..click that, accounts & payments, click that, question about a charge, then you should be given an option to chat/talk with a Roku support person.
I would not trust anyone posting a number here unless it is a Roku moderator or a Roku employee.
Where is the link? I've been all over this helpless help site and now you reply to go to a link that I don't know where it is.
