Peacock subscription being charged separate from Roku

I am paying for Peacock subscription & the phone # associated with the charge IS Roku, BUT Roku does NOT show this as a subscription in my account. The charge is also a separate charge each month that isn't included with my Roku monthly charges for active subscriptions. Please help!! I DO NOT want the Peacock channel & have been trying to get this resolved for 3 months now. I continue to be charged for a channel I do not want! I want to be reimbursed for the WHOLE time this charge had been recurring.

This sounds like this subscription to Peacock was not made through Roku, but directly with Peacock on its website, or through some 3rd party other than Roku.

Wherever this subscription was created, that's where you must go to cancel it.

Do the individual charge descriptions on your bank or charge card statements give any indication of where these charges originate?
