I am paying for Peacock subscription & the phone # associated with the charge IS Roku, BUT Roku does NOT show this as a subscription in my account. The charge is also a separate charge each month that isn't included with my Roku monthly charges for active subscriptions. Please help!!
You are probably better off going through your financial institute to get to the bottom of it. All you'll ever see here is the standard, "for billing questions go to http://support.roku.com/contactus ".
Let me offer this. However this works out, cancel any subscription through Roku. Always subscribe directly to the service, and use those credentials with Roku or any other platform. Subscriptions through Roku are limited to use on Roku devices only (I've heard HBO Max isn't limited, but I've not seen that myself).
I trust Roku will get it sorted, but I'm just giving you my suggestion for subscriptions going forward.
