Paypal Says Roku Doesn't Ship to My Address

Attempted to purchase Roku device but PayPal says it won't ship to my address. I live within the US.

I was attempting to order a Roku device 3810R, but on the PayPal page it displayed a message saying "Roku, Inc. doesn't ship to this location. Please use a different address." I understand that Roku will not ship outside the United States, however I live within the United States. Are there certain types of addresses that Roku doesn't deliver to?

I see another user has a similar issue. I opted to repost as I would like an answer myself as that person did not have a response from you.

As a first step, we recommend clearing your cookies or cache or reloading the web browser, or using a different browser to access our Roku website. In addition, do you have a computer you can access the website with?
