I had a card linked to PayPal, linked to pay for a premium subscription. The card is no longer valid. Initially, I changed my PayPal primary card. Roku still tried to charge the other card. Then I totally removed the card from my PayPal. Roku still tried to charge that card. Then I removed my premium subscription, removed the payment option on Roku.I added back to premium channel, added back a different pay option, a separate credit card. This morning Roku still tried to charge the old card that had been attached to my PayPal, when neither are still attached. I’m frustrated and irritated, who can help.
