Paying for a subscription I don't have on my account

I have a charge for CBS but it's not showing up in my account I know I had canceled because I don't watch it and I don't have access to it now but it's still being charged in my bank account I want my refund of 13.11 it just came out of my account today 7/29/23 I would like my refund please my name is ANIKA LIPPS

@nylipps37 Deleting an app from a Roku device will not cancel a subscription.  Login to your Roku account on a computer or phone and check your subscriptions.  If you find the subscription you can cancel there.  You most likely will not get a refund because almost all subscriptions are nonrefundable.  If you login to your Roku account and you can't find the subscription, it is likely you have more than one Roku account or the billing is not though Roku.
