I’ve been paying twice for Hulu since October apparently. When I called Hulu, they told me I had to contact Roku. I called Roku and the customer service was atrocious! The guy hung up on me after I stated I didn’t have access to a laptop? I just want my money back from the past 5 months!

I understand how this can be confusing. Please note that the subscription started and was billed through your Roku account. However, the subscription account is managed by Hulu, so only they can assist with and process cancellations and refunds. I would recommend contacting Hulu support again for further assistance.

This is mostly a user forum here; you will have to go to the Roku customer support page and contact the billing department. I am not sure how likely they will refund 5 months, but you can give it a shot. I suggest reaching out to Hulu directly. Good luck.
