Paramount Plus keeps asking to pick a subscription plan
I am signed into Roku and it shows signed in to Paramount Plus. It should also be noted that my yearly payment already went thru but when I try to access shows on Paramount Plus, it keeps asking me to pick a subscription plan even though my account shows they have taken pmt for the yearly plan.. I cant seem to reach a person to talk to to help me. They have taken my money but I still cannot access the shows.
I understand that you are unable to access Paramount +, there are a couple of things you can try to resolve this issue. Follow these steps in order:
1. Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the * key on your remote, and choose 'Remove channel'.
2. Next, restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. (For Roku TV Settings>System>Power>System restart)
3. Once your player/TV starts up again, go to 'Streaming Channels' on the Home screen, and add the channel back once more. Sign in with your channel credentials.
