I paid for a 7 day trial on the Roku website.  When I go to Paramont on the tv, it says I have to cancel that subscription and choose that one.  How do I do that?

Thanks for sharing your issue here!
To cancel your subscriptions to the Roku device follow these steps: 

1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
2. Highlight the app Paramount Plus, 
3. Press the Star button, and select "Manage Subscription.
4. Choose "Turn off auto-renew" to cancel. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
