Roku made error in my address for purchase delivery. USPS returned order to Roku. Have been trying for past 8 days via email and chat to get confirmation that address was corrected and package was re-sent to correct address. Cannot get positive confirmation and address is still incorrect online. Have already sent several emails and 4 chats with correct address. What else can I do?
Problem solved. Sent to correct address this time and arrived today. First impressions - I think the Streaming Stick+ is going to meet my needs perfectly.

Have tried that and emailed and/or chatted with 5 members of support team. Just got email saying to sign in, go to order info, click update and correct my address. Went as directed and address is correct. Nothing to change. But USPS label still apparently incorrect as is the order record on your site. I give up. I’ve already spent hours trying to correct. Have asked for cancellation and immediate refund in response to the latest email.
Have been told order can't be cancelled and I can't get credit until they get device back from USPS. They say it's not yet in their warehouse. This order was done on 1/8 and it is now 1/21. USPS returned item to them due to incomplete address and according to the USPS tracking #, it has been delivered back to them. I have had to file a dispute with my payment method. All of this because I could not get them to change an address which, by the way, shows up correctly on their website.
