Today I bought a Roku Streaming Stick 4K and activated it. Roku’s website says there is an offer for a 30 day trial of HBO Max when buying and activating a new device before 1/14/22, but when I go to the offers page it only displays offers to subscribe to HBO Max by paying. There is no 30 day trial offer as outlined on the HBO Max website. How do I access the trial?
Hi @ZeeCee
Thanks for the post.
The 30-day free trial for HBO MAX is provided directly by Roku. We would recommend visiting this link here for more information on how you can redeem the offer: https://www.roku.com/offers/hbomax
Let us know if you need more help.
All the best,

Hi Kariza,
Yes, I am attempting to enroll in the trial from Roku directly by going to my.roku.com/offers. However, the only offers available under HBO Max are the $9.99 plan (with ads) and the $14.99 plan (ad free).
Selecting either option brings up a pop up to “Start your subscription” and it says “[HBO Max] is a recurring, pre-paid subscription that will begin immediately after you select “Start your subscription” at the cost of $14.99 per month.
There is no option for a 30 day trial in the offer.
Thanks for the reply.
Regarding your concern, it may be more effective to get help from our Billing team. You can contact them here: support.roku.com/contactus then choose 'Questions about my account or billing' on the drop-down menu. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
We appreciate your understanding.
All the best,
Kariza
