Offer to return at 3 month discount but charged full price

I was offered a discount by Roku to come back to Starz at $4.99 for 3 months but was charged the full price of $8.99. The confirmation email directs you to Roku, not Starz for customer service. It’s been frustratingly difficult to communicate directly with Roku. How do I receive the deal I was promised?

I see this all the time. People get an email from Hulu, HBO and more. I even get them. But most people fail to read the fine print. Those emails are generically sent down to everyone. But if you read the fine print it usually says some like “only if you haven’t been a subscribe for at least a year”. Re read the entire email
