I'm paying for Peacock Premium but can't watch premium. I get billed monthly for Peacock through Roku, when I click on a movie that is premium it redirects me to where I upgrade. So I click on upgrade and it tells me I already subscribed to premium but I can't watch it.
If you haven't tried yet, try removing the affected channel then re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > System restart > Restart.
Moreover, if the problem continues, you'll want to contact Peacock Support to inquire about their channel's features and functionality. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
