Purchase order is 2000072248 on January 13. Paid 127.18 for Roku Ultra 4802R and Roku Express 4k+3941R2. Went to your website and pic in full. I have had ABSOLUTELY NO CONTACT since purchased! I am not happy. You can't even talk to anyone! What kind of customer service is this! Please send product or I will call my bank and have them refund my money! This is soooo ridiculous!!!!
