No Active Roku Subscriptions

My Roku account shows I have no active subscriptions, however HBOMAX states I am being billed through Roku Pay. How do I cancel HBOMax subscription when Roku doesn't list any active subscriptions?

Found the issue and resolved it! For some reason I have two email Roku logins. HBO Max subscription was active on the second email account.
