I ordered a new roku stick because I received an email from Amazon saying they were dropping some of the older versions from it's platform. I ordered the roku express at an amazingly low price but I never received it. According to USPS it was delivered to my mail box but it isn't there. How can I reach an actual human being to talk about getting my order sent out again?

Did you order it from Roku? Or did you order it from Amazon?
I ask because many of the emails Amazon sent out included links to Roku devices, but those were sold from Amazon. So, if that's what happened, you might want to reach out to Amazon, if that's where you bought the device. Go through their process, as they were the seller.

I clicked the link in the email and it redirected me back to roku and I bought the stick through roku. Again, I clicked the shipping link and it says it was delivered but I never received it. I don't know who I need to contact to either get a refund or a replacement.
Were you charged for it? If so, by who?
I was charged by roku
