I purchased my Roku streaming stick and never received it, can't even call anyone to find out what happened to my device which Roku charged me on. Now I have to call my bank and place a fraud claim because Roku stole my money.

There is NO link asking where is the streaming stick I purchased. I can't even talk to anyone about this situation because rhe company does not care to resolve the issues. I had to call my bank and report a theft on my account for an item I will never receive.
I ordered a Roku Device on November 28th. It's now Dec 19th... no device. Took money out of checking. There is absolutely no way to talk to anyone about this at all!!! Totally pissed!!! I went on Google finally got a person... which was a third party... they were going to refund my money... but took out 132.00 more out of my account. No device, no refund. Out over 200.00. Really. [personal information removed]. I doubt anything will be done. 129.00 discounted 79.00 and it cost me over 200.00 and no device!!!!
Did you login to your Roku account and view your purchases? If the purchase was from Roku it should be listed there. If you purchased the Roku device from someone else there is nothing Roku can do to help you. As far as the person you found on google they almost certainly had nothing to do with Roku and simply took your money. Contact your bank or credit card to see if you can recover that money. Never give your account information to someone you found on the internet to "help" you.
