Never received and pretty ticked off!

I purchased an Roku with subwoofer with remote that was supposed to be sent out may 22nd. Just wondering where it is or did Roku scammed me? I just know I want my money back Bc I won’t give up .I have my credit card statement, Keep on saying do you want to get back to me but never do #ScamArtist
