Need assistance with customer service to check the status of an order

I placed an order a need to find out if the order actually went through. Is there any way to have someone at Roku check to see if indeed it did. Roku does not make it easy to contact anyone. Please help!!

Try https://support.roku.com/contactus .   Choose the "Accounts..." option and then "A different account issue" and you should eventually be able to get to a chat.
