Need a Hulu subscription id

Needed to get in touch with hulu. Since my subscription is with roku they have no info on me at hulu. They say they need my subscription ID from roku to help me. Been trying for a while now with no success. Unless I find this, only other option is to cancel hulu.          Thanks    Bob
