Trying to add CBS all access but asks for Roku pin  number!  No,idea, I have the little box, old now, and pin number is nowhere in my email, or anyway to reset it! Frustrating! No one to help!  Can a Roku person please contact me!

As @boogernose mentioned, you can log into your Roku account and under PIN Preference, select the Update button.

I need help getting a PIN number I set up when setting tv up. I paid 100 dollars for a Roku lifetime subscription and my account when signing in says I have no pin but the tv says I do. What do I do? I can’t find someone to actually talk to
