Do work with @Natan-Roku and the others from Roku.
By the way, if you went to your Manage your subscriptions page and did not see a subscription, then it isn't Roku that's billing you. I can explain that if you like.
Now, if you did see a subscription there, and you've previously canceled, then yes, there's an issue with Roku and you should work with Roku to get it resolved.
