My money back

I subscribed to espn by mistake. I cancel my subscription I want my money back please

I received an email that I had subscribed to ESPN on 7 Feb 21. I nor anyone in my family requested this action. Please refund my money to my paypal account. Also, how could this happen. I'm worried this happened accidently or that my account is compromised.

For these issues, it may be more effective for you to get help from our billing. Please contact them directly at https://support.roku.com/contactus. Choose the option from the drop-down menu for "Questions about my account or billing," and you'll be able to send an email request there.

We would highly recommend creating a Roku PIN for your account to avoid any further unwanted purchases on your Roku account in the future. For more information about using a Roku PIN, visit our Support page here: How to create or update the PIN for your Roku account
