My item was never delivered even though USPS showed it as delivered

My purchase was shipped and according to the USPS delivered on the 19th but here it is the 22nd and I still don't have it. I need it to be replaced or refunded. Is there a phone number to speak with a real person?

I think you should start with the USPS.  If they say it was delivered then I'm sure Roku would use that as proof of delivery.  Beyond that, try:
