I'm requesting a refund from my account because I use Discovery on Google not on my Roku so ivr been double charged for Discovery's channel. I've already canceled my subscription and I'm not going to watch it on my Roku account!

Why don't you have phone number available for PAYING DOUBLE “$89.99” a month on a customer account? Then charge separately for channels? Its so wrong to charge, charge, charge. Im looking for alternative streaming, one that doesnt overcharge, and doesnt prevent customer resolution via voice to voice live phone support?!
Login to your Roku account on a phone or computer. Check your subscriptions. Cancel those you do not want. If you do not see a subscription on your Roku account you subscribed somewhere else and Roku will not be able to assist you.
